I think every month I say this, but every month it’s true… this is the best Keto Krate so far.
Every item in this Krate was outstanding. There was even milk and cereal. I’ve never had keto cereal. It was something new and delicious for breakfast.

GAEA the people that make the best olives ever now have these delicious Gherkin mini pickles marinated in Gaea extra virgin olive oil, garlic, coriander, and sea salt. The Gherkins are a healthy, low-calorie snacks that fit your busy lifestyle, they come in these easy to open and resealable packets. Not that you will need to seal it back up. It’s very hard to not eat the whole back once it’s open. They are absolutely delicious. I noticed on GAEA’s website they also have marinated cauliflower and carrots, can’t wait to try those too.
Catalina Crunch is a yummy breakfast cereal that contains zero sugar but is very rich in chocolate flavor and super filling, paired with Milkadamia it’s the perfect morning go-to breakfast.
I did notice my bag of Catalina Crunch looks nothing like the website description. I was thinking maybe this was the way they made it for Keto Krate? It looks more like rabbit food then wafers as shown online. But either way it was delicious.

Milkadamia is a smooth & creamy vanilla milk made from raw not roasted nuts and it’s perfect to use with Catalina Crunch or with anything you would add milk into. Or just drink a cup nice and cold of course. My boyfriend just drinks it straight from the carton. There’s Original, Sweetened and Unsweetened Vanilla to choose from and shelf stable and chilled. Now that I’ve tried the more shelf stable variety I found my local market sells the chilled variety and I buy it at least twice a week. It’s the only “milk” we use.
Just the Cheese grilled cheese bars are like eating a grilled cheese sandwich without the bread. Perfect snack or like I ate mine lunch paired with a salad. These are delicious and come in numerous flavors, check them all out here
