I’m a big tea drinker. Every afternoon I make a pitcher or iced tea to go with dinner and morning and afternoons I drink hot tea. My favorite flavors; anything with mint, chai and or green tea. I like it with no honey, sugar or milk. I like to be able to taste the flavors and I feel like those things cloud the taste. Tea is my go-to drink of choice. Even comes before coffee. From the Nana Collection, I tried Nana Mint with Lemon and Nana Mint with Chamomile. Both once again amazing.
The Nana Mint with Chamomile I save for before bedtime. It’s a light green tea that helps wind down the day and gets me ready for bed. The chamomile plant is known for its calming and soothing body & soul qualities, combined with Nana (spearmint leaves) this infusion gives that pleasant sense of vitality.
The Nana Mint with Lemon to me is perfect anytime, but if I have an upset stomach it seems to help with that. This tea is excellent hot but also very good served over ice. The mint gives the drink a pleasant vitality and facilitates the digestive process while the lemon adds a natural slight sourness as well as the delightful citrus taste and aroma.
