who’s ever had an idea that seemed too big, too odd, too difficult.
What Do You Do With an Idea?
After I read this book I thought of myself, of my blog/site of how I had and idea and I made it mine and shared it with others and made it something big.
How others said don't do it, it's not going to work, your wasting your time.
Yet I had an idea and I went with it
Look where I am today ...
No matter if you are young or old, What Do You Do With an Idea?
is an excellent book. I would suggest it to anyone that is toying with an idea or a bump in the road.
This book would even make an excellent graduation gift to a child finishing high school or college with an idea and not knowing what do do with it.
The page that I loved the most and made me think so much of myself read:
But then I realized, what do they really know?
This is MY idea, I thought.
No one knows it like I do. And it's okay if it's different, and weird, and maybe a little crazy.
I decided to protect it, to care for it. I feed it good food. I worked with it, I played with it. But most of all, I gave it my attention.
This is me and my website.
It took allot of thought and time to make it what it is today and people told me I was wasting my time.
But I took that idea, made it my own.
Just like the book.
