Since using the Raw Fit Chocolate High Protein Shake I have felt full most of the day. I make myself one serving in the morning to take with me to work. I always add extra liquid. Raw Fit is usually thicker, since I don't like drinking something so thick I just add the extra liquid or sometimes ice and mix it in my blender to make my High Protein Shakes extra cold. Excellent meal in a cup. I am usually not hungry till it's time for dinner.
