Furnace Hills Coffee also has a variety of their own Light, Medium, Dark and DeCaf Coffee Beans.

Furnace Hills Light Roast coffee's are an instant classic and an excellent morning coffee! Brew it through your drip machine so you can experience all its flavors. These full-bodied coffee beans are delightfully smooth with a sweet, fruited aroma. In flavor, subtle chocolate nuances pair beautifully with notes of sweet citrus. The cup distinctly brightens toward the finish with a sweetly dry, lemon-like citrus nuance that pleasantly lingers. Our Light Roast beans are best prepared as a drip brew, the French press produces a somewhat brighter cup with the more pronounced citrus nuances. The brightness, or acidity, may be a bit overwhelming when this coffee is prepared as a single-origin espresso

Furnace Hills Medium Roast beans are the coffee that off-the-shelf brands are trying to emulate, yet not one of them comes close to the quality of a fresh roasted Furnace Hills bean. These beans create a medium bodied and sweet tasting coffee with a rich flavor and aroma.
The slightly darker roast of our medium roast coffee beans maintains many of the qualities of the Light Roast, while creating a heavier body and releasing more of the characteristic flavors of this excellent bean.

Our Dark Roast Blends are a complex blend consisting of several types of dark roasted coffee beans from around the world. Comparable to coffees popular in the Northwest (hint, hint), and able to stand up to milk and sugar, these beans are an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys dark roasted coffee.
These dark roast blends offers a nice balance of cup elements. The aroma suggests sweet, dark caramel with hints of vanilla. The body is moderate with a somewhat creamy mouthfeel. The flavors are well-rounded with mostly chocolate-toned nuances that work harmoniously with the classic pungency introduced by the dark degree of roast. Notes of dried fruit appear as the cup settles. The finish is long and sweet.
Not so heavy that it can't be enjoyed throughout the day, this is a great cup of coffee, whether prepared with drip or French press brewing methods, though French press produces a cup with more body.

Furnace Hill Coffee sent me a very large variety of coffees to taste and review. So far our favorite is the Triple Treat Blend and we prefer to make it in a French Press. This dark roast has a complex taste with a smooth swallow. It's strong but has a great lingering after taste at the end of the swallow. It is their boldest cup of coffee featuring coffees from Africa, South America & Asia.
