There are a million and one ways to use this. I have enjoyed going out to my garden and picking fresh strawberries and swirling the tips in my Nocciolata spread. Yummy!! Nocciolata Cinnamon Tortillas
In the morning for a breakfast treat on the weekends my man makes tasty cinnamon tortillas. He warms the tortilla in a pan on the stove with a bit of butter and kind of toasts the tortilla a bit. Once the tortilla is warm he smears a layer of Nocciolata all over the tortilla and then rolls it up. After it's all rolled up he plates it and sprinkles a generous amount of cinnamon sugar over the top. It's fantastic and a winner with the kids. I was able to try the Dolcedi' sweetener and I think it's pretty cool. You can use it like you would use sugar. It melts better and quicker into liquid than sugar. Especially cold drinks. You can put it in hot coffee and teas to sweeten them. I used it in cold tea because sometimes when I use regular granulated sugar it's tough to mix. The granulated sugar tends to sink to the bottom of the glass or container and takes a while to dissolve. This Dolcedi' sweetener just swirls right into my teas so I have instant sweet teas.
