I am a bacon-aholic. I can eat a whole package of bacon by myself, I don't usually but I can.
I like bacon on the thicker cut side and bacon that is not to salty. 
When I was introduced to TENDER BELLY Signature Blend Cherrywood Smoked DRY CURED BACON I thought I died and went to Bacon Heaven. This stuff is AMAZING. The taste is to dye for.
It's so juicy and moist and yummy bacon-e goodness that melts in your mouth.
You want to save each piece, taking small bites to savor it.
While cooking you can't help buy grab a piece and eat it, not waiting till you sit down for your meal.
This bacon is best (in my opinion) when it's a little under cooked, I never let it get totally crisp. The fatty pieces just melt in your mouth and the rest being still sort of soft is sooooooooooooooo good.

I usually cook my bacon on the grill in a cast iron skillet. My boyfriend has this thing about the whole house smelling like bacon. I think he's crazy, but to keep peace I cook it outside, plus it makes my neighbors jealous.

I am usually not a franks fan. I always felt they had odd grisly things in them and that just grossed me out. 
But TENDER BELLY Franks are different. THEY ARE AMAZINGLY GOOD. So juicy, sweet and the perfect amount of salty tasting. I could truly eat these every night. Never had one with a bun like you would a frank. They are perfect without. No condiments are needed, though I have dipped them in horseradish a few times. Just plain delicious!
