Erinn has eaten a 100% raw vegan diet for over 6 years, and has been vegan for 15 years.  It is her passion to provide healthy vegan raw foods through her company R.E.A.L. Foods and I have had the pleasure to sample these wonderful treats.

​​>The Rawkin Raw Organic Chocolate Truffles  are my favorite of the three she sent. They have a wonderful soft chocolate flavor with chunks of goji berries and covered in Cacao Nibs giving this soft melt in your mouth truffle an amazing crunchy exterior. Once you have finish the truffle it leaves a bit of spice on your tongue from the ingredient cayenne pepper. I am not a fan of spicy but I find this light enough to add a tiny kick and I love it.
> Rawkin Raw Organic White Chocolate truffles are creamy and delicious. They have a smooth, buttery of texture with a little bit of crunch from the finely scattered cacao nibs that speckle the inside.

> The ingredient that sets the Superfood Supreme Truffles apart from the others is spirulina. Spirulina can boost your energy and speed up weight loss while it lowers blood pressure and reduces cholesterol making thing this Truffle truly super.

> Rawkin Raw Power Chocolate Energy Protein Cookies are a delicious way to get a huge boost of protein. This 300 calorie cookie contains 10 grams of protein. 20% iron, 15% Vitamin A, 6% Calcium and 2% Vitamin C.

>  Energy Protein Power Cookie are a delicious 280 calories and 8 grams protein.
Both of these Protein cookies are 100% Raw Vegan and have  0.4 grams of ALA omega 3,  1.09 grams of omega 9 and 1.06 grams of omega 9 per serving.
