I love the Peanut Butter cookies. I take one with me almost daily for in-between jobs snack. They have the perfect amount of protein to keep me going and low sugar, plus NO dairy, No gluten two things I have to avoid so I don't have tummy issues. The bars are great too but the cookies are the best. Not really sweet, just yummy goodness.

I don't like the bars as much as the cookies. But still they are still really good. I just prefer the cookie texture and taste. The bars do melt in your mouth and come in some yummy flavors.
