Still gluten free, i’m on my 3rd month, haven’t messed up once since the first couple weeks. Feeling great, best I’ve felt in many many years…. It’s so fun and exciting trying gluten free products some of amazing and I want more, others, well let’s just leave those out of the story. One product that I love love love and buy now with every Costco shopping trip (once a month) is Canyon Bakehouse bread. Costco only sells the 7- Grain but it’s delicious and perfect for toast, sandwiches or grilled cheese. Also when I buy it at Costco you get 2 loaves one instantly turns into homemade croutons when I get home… DELICIOUS! I have salad every night and it’s always topped with my amazing gluten free homemade croutons thanks to Canyon Bakehouse.
I received all these wonderful Canyon Bakehouse products to try, each was amazing, side note… I ran out of regular-gluten bread and made my non gf eating boyfriend his sandwich to take to work on the Hawaiian bread, I got a text half way through the day saying where did you get this bread, it’s amazing… LOL little did he know it was gluten free, I now only buy one kind of bread and he’s fine with that. Just goes to show, this bread is amazing & tastes just like any other gluten-ed bread.
Some of the wonderful/amazing gluten free breads Canyon Bakehouse makes are, 7-Grain, Ancient Grain, Cinnamon Raisin, Country White, Mountain White, Deli Rye Style, Hawaiian Sweet, Heritage Style Honey White, Honey Oat & Heritage Style Whole Grain. Yep.. all those… but it doesn’t stop there, they also have Bagels… Plain, Blueberry, Everything, Cinnamon Raisin & Deli White… and again the list goes on, English Muffins, yep gluten free English muffins, in Original & Honey Whole Grain. You can’t forget your Burger & Hot Dog Buns, they have those too. Plus a few specialty items, I’ve never tried, but I am sure are good, Rosemary & Thyme Focaccia & Brownie Bites, wish I could find both of those near me….

The Cinnamon Bread is delicious with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, toasted with some melted butter spread on-top of the best way, made into french toast. I could eat the whole loaf in one sitting. It’s amazing!

Our Family Is Passionate About Making Real Bread With Wholesome, Clean Ingredients.
When co-founder Christi Skow was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007, the Canyon Bakehouse mission to make high-quality, great-tasting gluten-free breads began. Frustrated by gluten-free breads that lacked in taste and nutritional value, Christi, her husband, Josh, and their friend and Master Baker, Ed Miknevicius, set out to bake breads that were free from gluten and other allergens, but held the taste, texture and feeling of “real” bread.
