Tea is the staple beverage in our home. We mainly only drink water and tea. Every night I brew a fresh batch of tea that we have with dinner and then again the rest of the evening until it’s gone. But let me tell you these teas from Oteas are not just for gluten free tea lovers, they are for everyone. They are delicious, what the package says is what’s in the tea and if my review had smell you would fall in love because when you receive a box of Oteas in the mail your mailbox will smell amazing. I will only base this review off the flavors I have tried, but trust me the sell many more and I will be trying them all. The favorite so far and we like it best iced is the Strawberry & Cream. I just brew as the back of the package states then add ice cubs, this does’t water it down (to us) maybe because we enjoy it right away, but either way we love it. Refreshing and smells like your eating/drinking fresh strawberries and cream.

Orange & Ginger is our second favorite and also served cold. The teabag is packed full of Apple pieces, carrot flakes, white hibiscus, orange peels, candied ginger pieces, ginger, freeze-dried orange pieces, mullein flowers, pink pepper, ginger. What a crazy combo but it works, this is a great vitamins and other immune-booster.

Organic Lemongrass Apple & Hibiscus another favorite, as you can see we love them all. This one I like hot and cold. I think I like it hot better. It’s a perfect blend of the three ingredients plus more. I love that you can see lemongrass and apple in the tea bag. Yummy too with a touch of honey added when drinking hot.

Berry Blend is another delicious full bodied tea with forest fruits-blackberry taste. This one is also good hot or cold. You can really taste the fresh berries in each sip. It’s amazing.

Lemongrass Ginger & Cinnamon was perfect when I was sick. It has a great soothing taste with a hint of citrus. Perfect hot. I love the ginger taste and it smelled good. This was my favorite hot tea from Oteas. I can’t wait to try more.

All the Oteas I tried are great. This will be my go to brand for now on, I honestly never thought tea could contain gluten. Good thing I came across this wonderful company. Right now they don’t ship to the US, they are a Canadian company. But hopefully soon. You will not find a better cup of tea out there. These are pure to the flavors, what it says on the bag is whats in the tea and the tastes are amazing. Tea is the best no matter if you drink it hot or cold but Oteas are beyond the best, they truly are amazing.

Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free

Still gluten free, i’m on my 3rd month, haven’t messed up once since the first couple weeks. Feeling great, best I’ve felt in many many years…. It’s so fun and exciting trying gluten free products some of amazing and I want more, others, well let’s just leave those out of the story. One product that I love love love and buy now with every Costco shopping trip (once a month) is Canyon Bakehouse bread. Costco only sells the 7- Grain but it’s delicious and perfect for toast, sandwiches or grilled cheese. Also when I buy it at Costco you get 2 loaves one instantly turns into homemade croutons when I get home… DELICIOUS! I have salad every night and it’s always topped with my amazing gluten free homemade croutons thanks to Canyon Bakehouse.

I received all these wonderful Canyon Bakehouse products to try, each was amazing, side note… I ran out of regular-gluten bread and made my non gf eating boyfriend his sandwich to take to work on the Hawaiian bread, I got a text half way through the day saying where did you get this bread, it’s amazing… LOL little did he know it was gluten free, I now only buy one kind of bread and he’s fine with that. Just goes to show, this bread is amazing & tastes just like any other gluten-ed bread.

Plus a few specialty items, I’ve never tried, but I am sure are good, Rosemary & Thyme Focaccia & Brownie Bites, wish I could find both of those near me….

The Cinnamon Bread is delicious with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, toasted with some melted butter spread on-top of the best way, made into french toast. I could eat the whole loaf in one sitting. It’s amazing!

I thought this whole gluten free thing was going to be hard. But so far it’s been a piece of cake. He did say there’s no way these are non-dairy they taste like ice cream. So I showed him the box and he said they are the best non-dairy treat I’ve ever had.

To be honest they are all delicious… just depends on what your craving or like flavor wise.

I’ve tried quiet a few other packaged mixes and even made some things on my own, but never have I had something so amazing as Think.Eat.Live Gluten Free Sunflower Brownies and Gluten Free SunPower Bars. The night I made the brownies I also made some homemade “regular” brownies for my boyfriend. On his plate I served him one of each not telling him the difference. He took a bite of each and said “these darker ones are delicious, did you use dark chocolate” I said to him those are gluten free he was shocked. He said never make them homemade again that mix rocks. He was right. Me being not the biggest chocolate fan loved the brownies. I made them “cake style” and will explain more below.

One of my biggest issues in the beginning of my new gluten free life was finding foods that taste good. Everything I was buying locally or making on my own tasted bland or like cardboard. I was getting so discouraged. The first week I noticed all I was eating was GF junk. Stuff I never ate in the past, chips, cereal, tons of almond milk made into smoothies and frozen foods. I never eat that way. I love cooking/baking, always have and always made big meals every night for my family. But this whole gluten free thing was kicking my butt. I even gained about 15lbs the first two weeks from all the junk. But like I also said above, I did make those normal flour brownies and my boyfriend preferred the gluten free ones.

The GFB ~ Gluten Free Bar

This company rocks, their products are insanely delicious and perfect for on the go gluten free snacking. My favorite of the three reviewed products… Dark Chocolate Coconut Bites…. I have bought these in the past at a local store and loved them so was super excited when I got more for review.

Since starting my new gluten free life I have tried many gluten free products I’ve purchased myself and many are horrible. I take a bit or two and throw them out. The taste or textures is horrible. I am not a picky person when it comes to food but if it’s gross I just can’t. Back before I was 100% GF I tried some products from this company and was very surprised by the taste, texture and quality, so when I got a chance to review for them I was super stoked. Everything they sent was delicious, full of flavor and the texture was just perfect. I would highly recommend The GFB to anyone that has to eat gluten free or soy free.

Dark Chocolate Coconut GFB

Like eating a truffle rolled in delicious coconut flakes, but thy’re packed with simple ingredients and honest nutrition. It’s a little chocolate ball from heaven. Around 100 calories per serving, if your counting. I have always loved anything coconut, it’s the best snack ever (to me) so when I opened the bag and popped on of these in my mouth I was instantly in love. Delicious!

Last but by no means least…. Snappy Ginger. You know to be honest these are all excellent I would have to tie Snappy Ginger and Rhawberry Fields. Perfect anytime snack, hiking treat, car ride treat even sitting on the couch treat, so yep anytime treat.

I love anything ginger, ginger is the best. Here’s what Nutty Goodness has to say about this bag: If you aren’t ready to have your mind blown by this barrage of mangos, dates, almonds and zesty ginger, then maybe this isn’t the flavor for you. Your call, but you’ve been warned. I agree, not everyone likes ginger, I know my Mom doesn’t, she must be crazy =) it’s delicious. Give this flavor a try, even if your not a ginger fan, it might surprise you.

RollinGreens Ancient Grain Millet Tots

I wanted to start off this review by sharing something with my viewers. A little over a month ago I was told I needed to start being 100% gluten free, I always knew gluten effected me in many ways and tried my best to stay away, but didn’t try 100%. For a month now I have been 100% GF and never felt better. I have more energy, no brain fog, no stomach issues and best part no migraines or body aches. I work hard cleaning homes daily and deal with a handful of medical issues… so to have these things gone is amazing, why I didn’t do this GF thing years ago is beyond me. But let me say (in keeping this short) going 100% gluten free has been the best things for me. I will never turn back….. With this being said. From here on out you will start to see lots of GF reviews. My first is this wonderful product from Rollin Greens, they are like tator tots and hush puppies in a bite size cube bursting with flavor.

A little background on the RollinGreens Family

RollinGreens dates back to 1980 when the Cunningham’s founded Boulder’s first organic food truck. After three years serving the community, three kids and a fourth one on the way (Chef Ko), the Cunningham’s prepared to throw in the towel and pursue other careers. In 2011, the company was revitalized by the youngest Cunningham son Chef Ko and his wife Lindsey.

After five years being a farmers market staple and a successful catering service, they launched their packaged product line in 2015. Their line debuted with the revolutionary product Millet Tots. Millet Tots are the only non potato, whole grain tot on the market.

Both Vegan and Gluten-free, these crispy bites are a comfort food made healthy!

The second I received my RollinGreens Ancient Millet Tots I had to give them a try. I made the box of Original Tots ~ Organic Onion & Sea Salt. I didn’t want to heat up my oven so I used my air fryer on high for 10 minutes. Let me first tell you our house smelled amazing, it was like I was making fresh onion rings. My neighbor happened to show up during the air fryer time and asked what I was making, he stuck around until they were done and gave one a try. He to loved them saying these aren’t potatoes… Nope!

Nice and crispy squares of absolute goodness. I couldn’t stop eating one after another, to be honest I ate the whole box. In reality the box was enough for 2-4 people. I did share a few, but only a few. This was my first hot gluten free item and I loved it. Since day one I have tried all the flavors and still the Original Tots are my favorite.

Plus, it grows great here in Colorado, and has one of the lowest water requirements of any grain crop.  Millet is a pseudo grain and a member of the grass family Poaceae which produces a dry, edible one-seeded fruit, “caryopsis,” commonly called a kernel, grain or berry.  The grain is small, round, and relatively soft with a mild flavor. Millet is one of the least allergenic and most easily digestible grains out there. In today’s world of acidic foods, it’s nice to have an alkalizing grain in your diet, such as Millet. This tiny whole grain is gluten free and packed with vitamins and minerals.
