For myself, the main reason I originally choose Orgain Organic Protein was because it’s gluten-free. After ordering I let it sit on my counter for days before finally trying it out. I was worried like most protein shakes it would be gritty, gross, and have an odd after taste. I have wasted numerous containers of protein powder for this reason. After finally opening the container and giving it a try I was AMAZED, IMPRESSED, and SOLD. I would never look again. This is the perfect protein drink for me. I tried each and every flavor, Peanut Butter is my favorite. I’m not a chocolate fan, wish they had Strawberry in the powder and possibly a coffee flavor would be amazing. Hopefully one day, they do have these flavors in pre-mixed containers, I am not a fan of pre-mixed. I like to add my own water and thin the protein shakes out some.

As you see below I buy this stuff in bulk, these are containers of Orgain Clean Nutrition I bought myself, nothing below did I receive for review, that goes to show this is 100 % honest and truly the BEST protein powder you can buy. I have been working hard to lose weight, I even work with a nutritionist. At the end of January, I had to have a hysterectomy, back in 09 I had to have my thyroid removed, so I have been struggling with my weight for quite some time. After my hysterectomy my nutritionist said I was going to have an even harder time losing weight, I wanted to prove her wrong.

So the end of March 2020 I decided to get my butt in gear and start losing weight, even with this crazy Covid life we are all living. I started religiously drinking Orgain Peanut Butter Protein shakes for breakfast & lunch along with lots of veggies for snacks and a high protein dinner. After doing this daily and no actual “gym exercising” I clean 1-3 homes 5 days a week I did it…. I lost 40lbs…. It took me 7 months and I contribute Orgain Protein Shakes for the extra help. I love this stuff and will never stop drinking it… Now if they can just add strawberry powder mix I will be set for life.

We use Tahini a lot, for homemade salad dressing recipes to our favorite baba ganoush, I will show pictures of it below with our favorite meal. I had never heard of these wonderful squeezable bottles from Mighty Sesame Co. until I was asked to do a review They are so nice and easy to use. Especially when your busy making dinner, no need to dirty another utensil just squeeze out the amount you need. They come in two forms, whole seed or organic. I use the organic more but the whole seed (great for smoothies) is just as delicious. You can eat it right out of the bottle if you choose. I like using it in my favorite recipes that call for Tahini

Below is a meal we make often, it’s a beef shawarma bowl with baba ganoush I will add the recipe in my recipe section soon. The spices on the meat are amazing but the show stopper is the wonderful baba ganoush made with Mighty Sesame Co Organic TAHINI. It’s becomes an amazing sesame and eggplant tasting sauce that finishes out the dish making it a light and refreshing meal for any time of the year.

If you’ve never tried Tahini it’s a must. You can use it in so many recipes, even smoothies. Tahini contains more protein than milk and most nuts. It's a rich source of B vitamins that boost energy and brain function, vitamin E, which is protective against heart disease and stroke, and important minerals, such as magnesium, iron and calcium.

Alone you might not like the taste, I do but I am different then most, lol my boyfriend on the other-hand only likes it mixed into things. Either way give Mighty Sesame Co Tahini a try.

I have had MANY gluten free pizzas and most I have thrown out after tasting a bite. I have even tried making my own, and as some of you may know I love cooking, it’s what I do, so I consider myself a pretty amazing cook, but when it comes to gluten free pizza I just don’t have it in me. This is one of Smart Flour’s pre-made pizza’s. Uncured pepperoni, it’s a traditional Italian style tomato sauce, and a delectable cheese blend of part-skim Mozzarella & Provolone cheese blend. It’s Smart Flour’s original and most popular trifecta made with primo ingredients that are sure to please. For a frozen pizza it was perfect for a weekend don’t want to cook meal. Tea is the staple beverage in our home. We mainly only drink water and tea. Every night I brew a fresh batch of tea that we have with dinner and then again the rest of the evening until it’s gone. When the weather cools, like now, Fall, we have our tea hot after meals. Fruity and green teas are our favorites and nothing sweet. Never in all my tea drinking years did I think is my tea gluten free? Until I came across a post for Oteas did I realize not all tea’s are gluten free. Crazy right, it’s tea and usually something flavoring it. Now I know, don’t just trust anything you drink, especially if your gluten free like me. But let me tell you these teas from Oteas are not just for gluten free tea lovers, they are for everyone. They are delicious, what the package says is what’s in the tea and if my review had smell you would fall in love because when you receive a box of Oteas in the mail your mailbox will smell amazing. Then wait until you open a teabag AMAZING, REFRESHING, DELIGHTFUL are just a few words that always come across my mind, you have to try Oteas for yourself, but trust me they are the most amazing teas I have ever had. There’s not a flavor yet that I haven’t loved. I have to pace myself to 1-2 flavors a day… even as I write this review i’m sipping on a hot cup of Organic Lemongrass, Ginger & Cinnamon, it’s delicious. I’ve been sick the last few days and this cup of tea is settling perfect into my stomach and the aroma is amazing with each sip. A delicious combination of flavors.

I will only base this review off the flavors I have tried, but trust me the sell many more and I will be trying them all. The favorite so far and we like it best iced is the Strawberry & Cream. I just brew as the back of the package states then add ice cubs, this does’t water it down (to us) maybe because we enjoy it right away, but either way we love it. Refreshing and smells like your eating/drinking fresh strawberries and cream.

Orange & Ginger is our second favorite and also served cold. The teabag is packed full of Apple pieces, carrot flakes, white hibiscus, orange peels, candied ginger pieces, ginger, freeze-dried orange pieces, mullein flowers, pink pepper, ginger. What a crazy combo but it works, this is a great vitamins and other immune-booster.

Organic Lemongrass Apple & Hibiscus another favorite, as you can see we love them all. This one I like hot and cold. I think I like it hot better. It’s a perfect blend of the three ingredients plus more. I love that you can see lemongrass and apple in the tea bag. Yummy too with a touch of honey added when drinking hot.

Berry Blend is another delicious full bodied tea with forest fruits-blackberry taste. This one is also good hot or cold. You can really taste the fresh berries in each sip. It’s amazing.

Lemongrass Ginger & Cinnamon was perfect when I was sick. It has a great soothing taste with a hint of citrus. Perfect hot. I love the ginger taste and it smelled good. This was my favorite hot tea from Oteas. I can’t wait to try more.

All the Oteas I tried are great. This will be my go to brand for now on, I honestly never thought tea could contain gluten. Good thing I came across this wonderful company. Right now they don’t ship to the US, they are a Canadian company. But hopefully soon. You will not find a better cup of tea out there. These are pure to the flavors, what it says on the bag is whats in the tea and the tastes are amazing. Tea is the best no matter if you drink it hot or cold but Oteas are beyond the best, they truly are amazing.
