I had never heard of this brand, nor have I ever seen it in my local stores, but I kept seeing advertisements online and then came across Frosch on Amazon. So, of course I had to message for a product review. As most of you know I clean homes for a living, I love what I do, yet can’t stand cleaning my own homes, lol typical I guess. I’m not a huge caramel fan, that’s why the Salted Caramel Vanilla came in last. I did try 2, they were good. I shared the rest with my boyfriend and he loved them. He did say there’s no way these are non-dairy they taste like ice cream. So I showed him the box and he said they are the best non-dairy treat I’ve ever had.

I’ve tried quiet a few other packaged mixes and even made some things on my own, but never have I had something so amazing as Think.Eat.Live Gluten Free Sunflower Brownies and Gluten Free SunPower Bars. The night I made the brownies I also made some homemade “regular” brownies for my boyfriend. On his plate I served him one of each not telling him the difference. He took a bite of each and said “these darker ones are delicious, did you use dark chocolate” I said to him those are gluten free he was shocked. He said never make them homemade again that mix rocks. He was right. Me being not the biggest chocolate fan loved the brownies. I made them “cake style” and will explain more below.

Every time I email I hear right back and not just a yes or no answer it’s a whole detailed email that you can tell was sent with care. I love companies like this.

One of my biggest issues in the beginning of my new gluten free life was finding foods that taste good. Everything I was buying locally or making on my own tasted bland or like cardboard. I was getting so discouraged. The first week I noticed all I was eating was GF junk. Stuff I never ate in the past, chips, cereal, tons of almond milk made into smoothies and frozen foods. I never eat that way. I love cooking/baking, always have and always made big meals every night for my family. But this whole gluten free thing was kicking my butt. I even gained about 15lbs the first two weeks from all the junk. Then I started discovering good foods, not just good as in delicious tasting, full of flavor and not like cardboard, but also good for me and lower in carbs. I felt amazing after eating them and starting loosing that beginners fat. Think.Eat.Live has been one of top products so far. Like I stated above I made my brownies into cake like brownies. When I received my items to review there was a personal note added stating add 2 more eggs for cake like brownies. But like I also said above, I did make those normal flour brownies and my boyfriend preferred the gluten free ones.

I forgot to take pictures while making these, I think I was just overly excited. But in mine I added chopped green apples & dried cranberries. On the top I sprinkled before baking slivered almonds. Take your Vegg Power Scramble, I think it was 3 Tablespoons to 1/2 cup of water, whip it up, add a pinch of salt and pepper and pour it into your skillet with warm olive oil, or you can cook in the microwave. When mixing it up it will smell just like eggs. When my power scramble was done I tasted it, ate about half and my phone rang, after my long phone call with my mom I went to eat the remaining and didn’t like them as much. I felt like they taste much better warm/hot. Either way, still delicious.

Vegan Egg Yolk was the second Vegg product I tried, once again it really did taste like a runny egg yolk. I also used this in a recipe that called for egg yolks. I mixed it up like as if I was making and egg then added it into my sauce and it turned out great. Makes making hollandaise sauce easy.

The GFB ~ Gluten Free Bar

This company rocks, their products are insanely delicious and perfect for on the go gluten free snacking. My favorite of the three reviewed products… Dark Chocolate Coconut Bites…. I have bought these in the past at a local store and loved them so was super excited when I got more for review.

I love anything ginger, ginger is the best. Here’s what Nutty Goodness has to say about this bag: If you aren’t ready to have your mind blown by this barrage of mangos, dates, almonds and zesty ginger, then maybe this isn’t the flavor for you. Your call, but you’ve been warned. I agree, not everyone likes ginger, I know my Mom doesn’t, she must be crazy =) it’s delicious. Give this flavor a try, even if your not a ginger fan, it might surprise you.

RollinGreens Ancient Grain Millet Tots

I wanted to start off this review by sharing something with my viewers. A little over a month ago I was told I needed to start being 100% gluten free, I always knew gluten effected me in many ways and tried my best to stay away, but didn’t try 100%. For a month now I have been 100% GF and never felt better. I have more energy, no brain fog, no stomach issues and best part no migraines or body aches. I work hard cleaning homes daily and deal with a handful of medical issues… so to have these things gone is amazing, why I didn’t do this GF thing years ago is beyond me. But let me say (in keeping this short) going 100% gluten free has been the best things for me. I will never turn back….. With this being said. From here on out you will start to see lots of GF reviews. My first is this wonderful product from Rollin Greens, they are like tator tots and hush puppies in a bite size cube bursting with flavor.

A little background on the RollinGreens Family

RollinGreens dates back to 1980 when the Cunningham’s founded Boulder’s first organic food truck. After three years serving the community, three kids and a fourth one on the way (Chef Ko), the Cunningham’s prepared to throw in the towel and pursue other careers. In 2011, the company was revitalized by the youngest Cunningham son Chef Ko and his wife Lindsey.

After five years being a farmers market staple and a successful catering service, they launched their packaged product line in 2015. Their line debuted with the revolutionary product Millet Tots. Millet Tots are the only non potato, whole grain tot on the market.

Both Vegan and Gluten-free, these crispy bites are a comfort food made healthy!

The second I received my RollinGreens Ancient Millet Tots I had to give them a try. I made the box of Original Tots ~ Organic Onion & Sea Salt. I didn’t want to heat up my oven so I used my air fryer on high for 10 minutes. Let me first tell you our house smelled amazing, it was like I was making fresh onion rings. My neighbor happened to show up during the air fryer time and asked what I was making, he stuck around until they were done and gave one a try. He to loved them saying these aren’t potatoes… Nope!

Nice and crispy squares of absolute goodness. I couldn’t stop eating one after another, to be honest I ate the whole box. In reality the box was enough for 2-4 people. I did share a few, but only a few. This was my first hot gluten free item and I loved it. Since day one I have tried all the flavors and still the Original Tots are my favorite.

Millet originated more than 4,000 years ago from a wild west African grass.

This superfood tolerates adverse growth conditions and serves as an important food source in many parts of the world. Plus, it grows great here in Colorado, and has one of the lowest water requirements of any grain crop.  Millet is a pseudo grain and a member of the grass family Poaceae which produces a dry, edible one-seeded fruit, “caryopsis,” commonly called a kernel, grain or berry.  The grain is small, round, and relatively soft with a mild flavor. Millet is one of the least allergenic and most easily digestible grains out there. In today’s world of acidic foods, it’s nice to have an alkalizing grain in your diet, such as Millet. This tiny whole grain is gluten free and packed with vitamins and minerals.

MamaSuds ~ All Natural Household Cleaners

Truly safe household cleaners for your family.

I clean homes for a living and like to have the most safe, non-toxic home for my clients by using environmentally conscious products. MamaSuds makes some outstanding products that fit my needs. Not only are they environmentally friendly they work great, smell great and aren’t harsh on my hands.

You don't need a special cleaner for every nook and cranny of your home. Sinks, counters, doorknobs, stove-tops, garbage lids, the side of the couch where your mini-me drew a self-portrait.... all you need is this brilliant and effective formula that leaves nothing behind except faint aroma of pure essential oils.

One bottle 16oz cleans a whole home, I actually got 3 homes out of one bottle. I used nothing but MamaSuds All-Purpose Cleaner for everything in these homes minus the floors (used a steam mop)

The homes were sparkling clean, no residue and a faint cinnamon & clove smell when done.

Ingredients: water, MamaSuds handcrafted Castile Soap (potassium olivate), organic whole leaf aloe vera gel juice with citric acid*, pure essential oils of clove bud, organic cinnamon leaf, lemon, eucalyptus radiata, and rosemary.

I have one client that only allows natural cleaners in her home. We usually only use vinegar, but I don’t like the smell and I don’t like to smell on me. Her home was one of my MamaSuds “test homes”. We have been using castile soap in our home for years. Mostly for showering and washing hands. I add castile soap into our hand soap dispensers along with some water (our dispensers make foam) It’s the best and most natural way to clean your skin and leave it soft.

Castile Soap has hundreds of uses but we especially love it for bathing, face cleansing, hand-washing, floors, dishes, counters, and toilets.

To wash a floor you only need 1-2 Tablespoons per gallon of hot water. It will leave your floors sparkling clean with no residue. I use it at almost every home I clean on the floor.

Ingredients: distilled water and potassium olivate (saponified olive oil)

Coming from someone that cleans 2-3 homes per day MamaSuds is by-far the best natural cleaning supplies I have ever used. The smell is amazing, the way they clean is outstanding and the fact that I am not using harsh chemicals in my clients homes well getting them squeaky clean is the best.
