After refrigerating my OAT Beverages for several hours I tried the Apple one, to my surprise it was EXCELLENT. I was thinking there would be a yucky fiber taste or it would be thick. It was neither of those things. All flavors can be drank room temperature, heated or chilled. It is recommended that once you open the bottle you should refrigerate what you don't drink, but trust me you will drink it all. Each Sneaky Pete’s contains a total of 3 grams of dietary oat fiber in each 12 ounce bottle. 2 grams are heart healthy soluble fiber.
