Wantable Box Review — Simple Side of Life

Wantable Box is a great way to get makeup products, intimates or accessories that you may not of otherwise bought, each month or just a one time thing. You sign up for a Wantable Box, they ask you lots of questions to help tailor the box to you, then ship it off within days for you to see what they choose. I got a makeup box. I was asked questions like what kind of foundation do you like, lipstick colors, mascara colors, do you like lip liner, eye liners, etc. Then they put all that together and send you about 5 full size products to keep. I received two kinds of nail polish, concealer pen, eye shadow, mascara and face cream. I was happy with what I got, it was all things I would of bought myself but maybe not in the more expensive brands. I felt the cost of the box $40 (one time) $36 (monthly) was a fair price for beauty products that I might of otherwise never bought.

We are a startup in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that launched in August of 2012 to give customers hand picked, curated, boutique makeup, accessories and intimates in a monthly subscription box. We are a bit different in that we offer full-sized products and focus on being a discovery platform, which means that every box we send is different based on each customer's unique profile. Our subscription is $36/month or customers can purchase a single box for $40. Shipping is always free and you can cancel, return, or skip a month at any time!

We work with brands like Coobie, NCLA, Betsey Johnson, FACE Stockholm (sold at JCrew!), Color Club, Besame and more.

Each month the box is tailored to that month, if its cold, hot, warm tone time, cool tone time.... for February the weather is still rather chilly here at Wantable HQ, but our beauty products are in full bloom! Step 3: Discover a new you. Each box is packed with full-sized products hand-picked from unique, specialty, and premium brands just for you.

Each month Wantables in-house and guest curators hand-pick beauty and fashion jewelry products from hundreds of quality boutique, specialty, and premium vendors to find the best on-trend items. Then they use each customer’s unique profile and purchase history to select the perfect set of products just for them. How do they do it? Some say magic, and it certainly seems that way. Wantable say it’s a combination of talented curators and cool technology. Their customers are unique, so no two boxes are ever the same
