I was so excited when I got a chance to host a review for Ever-Pretty. I have never really owned cute dress that was such high quality. I just have tons of summer dress, but nothing as pretty as the above pictured dress ~ NWT Falbala Sapphire Blue Ruffles Calf-length Cocktail Dress I love my new dress. I have no where to wear it, but hopefully Valentines Day it gets some use. For only $29.99 paired with a cute pair of heals I have a whole outfit for such a great price.
