Ok here goes the honest truth... I let this bottle of Mrs. Renfro's Pumpkin Salsa sit on my counter for 4 days before trying it (un-opened of course) I was that nervous about trying it.... Four days... When I actually went to open the bottle I still didn't taste it for about 30 minutes. Bottle open, on the counter, taco salad night. I was getting everything out like normal so we could put together our salads as we liked. It came time for the salsa. Since I am now eating low carb I had looked all through my fridge for the salsa that was lowest in carbs. Well it turned out Mrs. Renfro's Pumpkin Salsa won, so if I wanted salsa on this taco salad of mine I was going to have to man up and just try it..... WOW, what in the world was I waiting on this whole time. I first used the one and only chip I can possibly eat (made of sesame seeds) and took a small taste.. Humm, let me try a larger taste.... Oh WOW this stuff is good. Now if I wasn't watching my carb intake the whole bottle would be empty right now. This stuff is so good. I am still wondering what my putting it off issue was about. I should of known everything from Mrs. Renfro's is excellent. I have never had a salsa I didn't like. Crazy me next time I will just taste it the minute it arrives.
