Once you pick the flavor you like you can purchase a tub. Each tub has 20 servings. I mix mine with 10 oz of cold water and a few ice cubes. You can mix it with any kind of milk you would like. But if you are trying to cut carbs or calories I would stick with water. I think it tastes perfect just the way I make it. In my shaker bottle I shake it up with each sip, delicious.
No matter what flavor a whole serving is under 1 g of carbs.
