J. Brooks sent me an amazing trio of coffees to try. I received whole bean so I can grind it fresh at home. I have been enjoying this fantastic coffee for the last few day and I love it.
My favorite is Gallant it is the perfect embodiment of Dark and Bold. Gallant is stout and deep. This dark roast has a hint of chocolate and comes from Huehuetenango, Guatemala. When you're huddled next to a fire, discussing the deep mysteries of the human condition, Gallant is the perfect thing to push you toward that next great thought.

Spirit of Memphis This blend has a well-rounded body with traces of sweetness, and like its namesake, serves a diverse group of people. Do you have that Elvis Presley style and flair? Or maybe the raw soul of B.B. King? Regardless, for those with the soul and energy of the Delta For those with the soul and energy of the Delta, the Spirit of Memphis offers a smooth cup.

In this house we love a dark coffee. I personally must get my hands on J. Brooks Onyx and Bootleg coffee. It must be fresh ground and brewed in a french press to get its true full flavor.

At Home ~ The Home Decor Superstore Review

We recently had this WONDERFUL store open in our town, Prescott, Arizona.
I was lucky enough to get a $50 gift card to try it out.
I was impressed with how far my $50 went.
Of course most went to getting things for our two dogs & two cats, but it was well worth it.

I was not able to attend the Grand Opening, last weekend, due to my hand and just not feeling up to it, but I did go for the first time Monday afternoon. HUGE store, full of a little bit of EVERYTHING.
If you have a At Home Store by you, you need to go check it out. You will find everything you need to make your home exactly how you want it.

This is the first row of isles when you walk in. Seasonal is first. We went right to the pet area, since our pet's rule the house, we figured we would get them something. They were due for new dog beds and a new water/food bowl
(only cuz they were adorable).
Below is what we got, with our pets getting in them the second we walked in the door.
I set the beds down and they jumped in.

Jacky & Duncan love this bed, it's deep, and VERY soft. The inside is a velvet like royal blue the outside is soft too and deep grey. They love this bed. It's like a pet sandwich when one of them's in it.
Jacky spent hours in the bed last night (black dog) it took her some time to figure out how to get in it and not tip it over, but she has it down now and loves sleeping in there.
We keep this next to the couch, so she can sleep near us when downstairs.
Duncan will only go in it now if you put him in it, otherwise he just smells it and walks away. But once you stick him in, he goes right to sleep. Our other cat hasn't figure out how to get in it yet, she just walks over it and walks away.

We also got them this adorable water & food dish, I can tell they like the food raised up off the ground some. Molly our mini dachshund used to practically lay down while eating, now she stand or sits her butt down and eats. Plus since the pets dish is between the living room and kitchen in our small home. I liked this way this looked better then just a kitchen bowl for food and big glass bowl for water.
The metal dishes are easy to lift out to clean and refill.
Very cute and was only $14.99

Again for the pets, this adorable bed. I guess Duncan thinks it's his, it was really for the dogs, then this morning when I got up our other cat Katy was asleep in it, so i guess it's now a cat bed.
The original plan was to replace the dog bed that sits at the foot of our bed. I guess we were wrong... This bed is super soft in the inside.
I love the pattern on the outside, it's more blue in person, unlike the picture where to me it looks grey.
Duncan is a very big cat, so this bed is larger then it looks. Both our small dogs fit in it at the same time.

and next we actually bought stuff not for the pets.............

As most of you know, my house is SMALL. So we have allot of stuff stored in the upstairs closet. Including toilet paper. Before when you needed a new roll you had to run upstairs. I did keep an extra under the sink, but most of the time forgot to replace it when we used it.
I have been wanting one of those handing toilet paper holders, but at another local store they were $25-$30, I thought that was a little much to hold a few rolls of toilet paper. But At Home this was only $7.99 and it matches my trashcan just perfect.

The last purchase we made was this handy shower hanger. It get's stuff off the window in the shower and looks great. I love how it matched our fixtures and it was only $14.99
Since adding it to our shower we have now put just about everything the two of us use onto it and cleaned up the window area to make room for my orchard that is just about to bloom.
It's a big help and makes the shower area look cleaner/less cluttered.
Only problem I found was the bottom shelf is allot closer then appears in the picture to the top shelf, so most of our bottles don't fit. I wish it had a little more space to put more pump style bottles.

Overall I thought the $50 went a long ways At Home.... I was very happy with our purchases & as you can see so
were my pets.....

PROS & CONS of At Home Store.

Pro's:

Everything you need in 1 store to furnish your home.
Good Prices, especially if you live in a smaller town like I do with not allot of competition.
Seasonal items, to decorate your home or to give as gifts.
Long hours, open from 9 am to 10 pm every day but Sunday (closes @ 9pm) this is rare for the town I live in, most things close at 5-6 pm.
BIG selection of each item, so you can choose optional colors, patterns, textures.

CON's:

The store has a odd smell, I am not sure if this is because it's brand new or what, but it has a odd strong plastic smell. I hope it goes away, It was starting to make my head hurt and not want to stay long.

They had these cute rooms set up around the store to give you ideas. I liked all of them of course... I wish this store would of been open when we got done with our remodel. I would of furnished my whole home with At Home items.

In my house we all had our personal favorite sticks. Mine are Cracked Pepper and Honey Mustard. These are so delicious not all of the sticks made it into the photo. We couldn't wait to start tasting them.

Morning Star ~ Medium roast. A lovely blend of northern Sumatran and Mexican Chiapas Fair Trade Organic coffees. This is their flagship coffee. Beautifully balanced, smooth, and rich. They roast their Morning Star Italian style. Subtle caramel with spicy notes of white pepper and vanilla bean.

Roaster's Reserve ~ Dark Roast. A compelling blend of Ethiopian Amaro Gayo and Columbian organic beans.... Rich, full-bodied and silky smooth on the palate. A true "Gout de Terre" aroma....Intense. In 1883, Moritz Plochman pledged to make “first-class mustards only.” From creating the classic squeeze barrel in the 1950s to adding new varieties over the years, they have remained committed to making the best mustard ‘round. For over 150 years, the Plochman’s family has been bringing the most delicious, quality mustards to your table.

I was sent a delicious three pack of Plochman's Mustards and I was super excited. I'm hooked on mustard. Sometimes I find myself eating things just so I can put mustard on them and have the mustard. Salami and pretzels are a fantastic snack to dip mustard in. I am loving my Plochman's trio of mustard.

I received Kickin' Chili Style Mustard!!! You can give your favorite foods a pop of extra personality with this flavorful medley of yellow mustard and slow-cooked chili. Add a kick to sandwiches, meats and stews; turn hot dogs into Coneys; or spice up sides and snacks. This truly is like adding chili to the top of your hot dog but without adding all the calories that chili has in it. It is delicious and not to spicy at all. I'm not a huge spicy fan so this is the perfect bite of flavor and spices without burning my tongue or tummy.

My favorite of the three that I was given is their Honey Dippin' Mustard Spread. It it amazing on ham, pretzels and chicken. It is as sweet as honey, with the signature tang of Plochman’s Mustard. The Story of Zipadee-Zip

The motto for our Sleeping Baby brand is: “Inspiring Dreams One Night at A time,” and that, in a nutshell, is how it all started …with one little dream that has since become our family’s reality. When our daughter, Charlotte, was born, the feeling that welled up inside of me could only be compared to what God’s love for us must look like. My husband, Brett and I never even realized until we first looked into those baby blues of hers that we were even capable of that kind of love.
It was then that our prayer was answered in a very strange way… we all stopped sleeping! Our daughter who had slept wonderfully while swaddled, all of a sudden started waking up multiple times acting like she was no longer comfortable in her swaddle. To top it off, she had started rolling and breaking free of her swaddle so swaddling was no longer safe. The problem was, Charlotte refused to even fall asleep without the swaddle. We tried every sleep sack on the market and any swaddle weaning trick we could find on the internet for nearly two weeks and nothing worked to get her to fall and stay asleep.
What absolutely blew me away was how common this swaddle transition issue seemed to be with little ones based on the endless blogs and comments I found on the subject. The ‘Moro’ or startle reflex that causes a baby to suddenly jolt awake, fidget or hit and scratch their face in their sleep prevents many babies from settling those little limbs and getting the restful sleep they need. I became determined to restore sleep and sanity to our household. I set out to find a solution that would soothe Charlotte’s startle reflex and provide her the cozy womb-like environment she loved so much but still give her the freedom to roll over and wiggle around her crib safely. Out of sheer desperation and exhaustion, the Zipadee-Zip was born!

The Zipadee-Zip comes in numerous prints for both girls and boys.
The star-shaped pointed sleeves and star-fish design is Patent Pending because it inspires sounder sleep than any other wearable blankets on the market. The slight resistance in the wing-span allows a baby to move around freely while still providing the enclosed, cozy sensation babies enjoy so much in the swaddle and the womb.

The ‘Moro’ or startle reflex is what prevents a baby from sleeping soundly and jolts a baby awake suddenly. The reason babies are startled is because they wake up and can’t feel their edges like they were able to in the womb. The Zipadee-Zip provides those ‘edges’ or that womb like environment while still providing them the freedom to roll around and use their arms and hands safely. This is why the Zipadee-Zip will work when all other products parents have tried to transition their babies typically fail.
